And also when it says "And now you do what they told ya, now you're under control" I think it is saying that you are doing what people from above told you to do, you are obeying them, you're controled by them. And I think that's why at the final of the song says "Fuck you, I won't do what you tell me" because he's not going to do what they told him, he's going to rebel and turn against the law.
